Ballet is a really lovely kind of dancing but complex. It is a form of dance that requires proficiency and adept skills. It includes a variety of footwork that may not be easy for many and often they are extremely tough to perform. Premiere

The premiere is the first ballet feet position. The feet of the dancer are placed in a V-shape. In this ballet feet position, it is regular for your feet to form a straight line, or maybe a 180-degree angle. Your arms must also be out and put in front of your upper body to form a soft curve. Straight your spinal column and align your back, head and hips.

Second

The feet should be separated for about shoulder length apart, still in a V-shape. By doing this, you will simply see ultimately that your feet might form a straight line, however, the arms should be placed out to the sides and a little rounded.

Troisieme

In this position, the legs still ended up from the hips. The front heel will be crossed for about midway in front of the other foot. It is very important to touch the foot in the middle to idealize this position.

Quatrieme

Cinquieme
