When I gave birth to my first daughter, never had I known that we would need to visit a podiatry clinic and see a podiatrist. She has been very beautiful with her red, chubby cheeks and adorable eyes. I loved pinching her soft, dimpled hands and clothing her with the cutest dresses. She is the apple of my eye. Whenever she giggles and smiles at me, it is as if I were the best thing that happened to her and I did everything in my life right.

My child grew up gracefully. She loves giving kisses and yes, she also loved throwing tantrums as a toddler. However, I cannot shake off this slight worry during the time she started to learn how to walk. I noticed that her feet are not pointed straight ahead. Instead, it is pointed inward. At first, I tried to apply home remedies that I find online like tying stockings to her feet so it will be forced to be pointed straight ahead. My daughter really hated whenever I do that. I stopped doing it when I heard from my friend who just had her bunions treatment, surgery-free and without any hassle, that I must seek a children foot clinic and seek a podiatrist. By seeing a podiatrist, I can have a more trusted and legitimate take about how to fix my child’s legs.

Upon seeing a podiatrist in a child foot clinic, I have learned that my daughter’s condition is called children In-toeing. This podiatry clinic in Singapore, I can say that they provide a rather reassuring service because they explained well the condition of my daughter. This eased my worries a bit. They say that my child’s condition might be caused by abnormal bone alignment in the legs and feet. It can also be because of soft tissue contractures in the hips or a combination of both. Our podiatrist told us that we can learn more if my daughter undergoes an examination of the lower extremities that will allow us to locate the site of rotational deformity.

As a way to fix her children In-toeing, custom orthotics in Singapore is offered. This custom orthotics will be able to correct the way my child walks. The podiatrist noted how sharply I have seen this in my child in her very young age as a toddler. With this, the chances of correction are extremely high. This is because I have been particular about my child’s legs, as someone who has a great pair of legs.

Another way that I have to note about this child foot clinic is how comfortable my daughter is with their podiatrists! Their podiatrists are really nice and great with children. With them, I am comfortable that I can entrust with them my child’s wellbeing.

This is just our short experience how we were able to fix my child’s in-toeing. If you have the problems about your child’s extremities, this child foot clinic called East Coast Podiatry Clinic might provide you with the right help like they did with us.
