5. EAT ENOUGH FOOD. You’ll endure some of the most exhausting and intense exercises known to man, which is why you should eat enough food, especially protein! Foods high in protein will give your body the energy it needs to endure another hour or two of training.


6. BE POSITIVE. Lastly, you need to keep a positive attitude if you want to survive this enthralling adventure that is CrossFit. At first, you might find CrossFit a bit too harsh, so remember to be positive and know that the pain is just temporary!
