Ballet Pilates workout is fun, but as COVID-19 circuit breaker ends, there are still who wonders, is it safe to attend pilates workout classes? Yes, but you have to make sure you do these things before heading to your ballet class. 

  1. Always wear a face mask 

To avoid virus transmission, you should always wear a face mask in public. That way, you’re not only protecting yourself but others too. Make sure to bring extra, so you can wear a fresh one as soon as your ballet class ends in Singapore. 

  1. Have a hand sanitizers

Experts suggest that washing your hands with hand sanitizers, effectively reduce the risk of virus transmission. But if there are no more hand sanitizer available, you can use paper soap instead. 

  1. Boost your immune system

There are several ways to boost your immune system, but the best ones are to eat a balanced diet, have enough sleep, don’t smoke, excise regularly and most importantly take Vitamins C, Zinc and D3.

  1. Practice social distancing

Even though the COVID-19 circuit breaker ends, the virus is still there, and the best way you can do to prevent cases from increasing is to practice social distancing. So, make sure there is one metre between you and your co-body ballet fitness student. 

  1. Updo your hair

Always bun your hair when going outside, it will prevent you from touching your face. Try using hairspray to secure the bun.

  1. Practice Good Hygiene

As soon as you finished your ballet pilates workout, and went home, make sure to take a bath right away. A good hygiene routine can prevent the virus from spreading, and, it keeps your body healthy.

  • Leotard

  • Tights

  • Ballet shoes

  • Ziplocks (to keep your dirty clothes)

  • Alcohol spray
